Thank you so much for taking time out of your busy schedule to visit my website!
Please enjoy my books and writings. Feel free to peruse, comment, or learn something new—whatever you desire. Just have a good laugh or cry a little!
I created this website to share with you some of my thoughts and inspirations, as well as my books, short stories, and writing experiences. I also would like to get some feedback from some of the most important people in my world—my readers.
I write both fiction and non-fiction. But besides writing, I use other means to experience creativity and spiritual growth. One is with a women’s ministry, where I speak and present workshops, mostly in California and Virginia, but in other States as I am asked to participate. In my free time, I love to travel, especially to places with water—oceans, rivers, streams, or lakes.
Here you can read an excerpt of the first chapter in Lana’s Dream, or grab the gist of the storyline from the Book Trailer above. You can also read excerpts about baseball history from A Forgotten Negro League Star: A Person Look at Al Burrows. You can learn more about Gary, Indiana where I grew up, or learn more about some historical facts from my books, or learn more about me in my Bio or the Frequently Asked Questions. You can read praise for the books (Testimonials) from a variety of people—from students to educators, to other authors, to family and friends. You can join my direct e-mail list, where you will be the first to see the cover images of my upcoming books and e-books. You will also be the first to know when my books are being released. You will be the first to receive my newsletter (when it is available) and will be kept informed of my special appearances at bookstores, libraries and other events. You will also be notified of promotions and special discounts on my books. You can enter contests, from time to time, that are Web Only Perks (W.O.P.) with prizes for my dedicated readers.
And don’t hesitate to contact me. “I would love to hear from you.”
So grab a comfy seat, have a sip of hot chai tea or cold sparkling apple cider (my favorites), and curl up with whatever is your preference of my writings. Happy reading…
